CORDLESS TELEPHONE TRADE-IN / BUYBACK / EXCHANGE PROGRAM
 

1. The prices below are in conjunction with PURCHASES of the same model placed directly with us (i.e., not ordered from us through e-marketers such as Amazon or eBay). If you want to sell us your excess cordless equipment outright ---  meaning not as a trade-in for something you're buying----inquire first by using our inquiry form.
    
2. To qualify for the trade-in prices published below and be guaranteed we will in fact buy your equipment, you must mention your trade-ins at the time you place your order so that we may include the proper paperwork. Our inventory needs and purchase prices fluctuate. If you request a trade-in after you place your order, it will be treated as a non-buyback offer and we do not guarantee we will buy your equipment.
    
3. Buy-back prices apply to "in-kind quantity" purchases only. For example, if you buy three handsets and want to trade in five, you'll be paid for three at the buyback prices below and two at the lower non-buyback prices.
    
4. DON'T SEND US YOUR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT UNTIL YOU'VE RECEIVED A TRADE-IN CONFIRMATION # FROM US. We generally email this number to you prior to your order shipping.
    
5. Prices are for equipment with reasonable wear & tear, working or defective (but repairable).
    
6. We welcome equipment that is incomplete, excessively worn/defective, or unrepairable, but in these cases we do make adjustments. By sending us your equipment, you agree that if your equipment is incomplete, excessively worn/defective, or unrepairable, we may use our discretion to re-value to it. 
    
7. Even if you know your equipment will have $0 value, you may want to send it to us anyway to help the environment... we may be able to use it for scrap parts. Check out our T-Waste™ Recycling & Disposal Program.
    
8. Prices can fluctuate based on our needs, but once we agree to buy your equipment, be assured that we'll pay you based on the price as of our agreement date, not as of the date we receive your equipment.
    
9. FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
    
   1. When you place your on-line purchase with us, at the bottom of the order form you'll see a box for you to list the equipment you wish to trade-in. Indicate what you'd like to sell us as a trade-in, and be sure to include a description of the defect.
       
   2. When you place your order by clicking the "Submit" button, you'll immediately receive an order acknowledgement on your screen. This is simply to let you know that we have received your order. This is not confirmation that we will buy your trade-in.
       
   3. Within 48 hours you'll receive a TRADE-IN CONFIRMATION NUMBER and instructions on how to send your used equipment to us if we are interested.
