But please be sure to print out our repair order form and include it with your order. Or, on a plain piece of paper, write down: your name, address, phone # , email address and what you're sending us.

Also, if possible, please tag each unit with a description of the problem. We perform a complete diagnosis before and after repair, but it helps the tech to know what to focus on, especially if the problem is intermittent and/or delayed.

*Repair price includes all labor and basic electronic components, but other replacement parts are extra, such as: unrepairable displays & radio modules; cracked/broken housing; missing/unrepairable accessories such as antennas, display lenses, belt clips and battery covers.

When it comes to fixing your defective buttons, restoration of the dialing action is included in the repair price with our exclusive Pad Mate^Ž keypad membrane as long as the buttons are intact (not ripped or cracked). However, if your keypad is physically damaged (ripped, broken plastic numbers) and has to be replaced, we will have to replace it at a surcharge..

As long as parts don't exceed $45.00 per telephone, we'll proceed with your repair without contacting you for approval for parts. However, if it looks like parts will exceed $45.00 for a telephone, we'll contact you for approval before continuing. At that time you'll have the option of having us proceed with the repair or having us return your equipment unrepaired at NO CHARGE.
