Telephone Equipment & Phone Repair Services

For nearly two decades, Barclay Enterprises, Inc. has been Setting the Standard of Quality"^Ž in the secondary (used) telephone industry. We charge flat rate repair prices (see below) on a model by model basis for over twenty five brands of business & consumer telephones, circuit cards, KSUs, power supplies, modules, control units, and paging systems. We also expertly repair answering machines and cordless phones, including the Siemens Gigaset and the Panasonic KX-TGA series cordless systems.

PRICES INCLUDE REPAIRING ANY/ALL PROBLEMS AND COMPLETE REFURBISHING.
Prices include: all electronic parts and labor to repair all functional defects and cosmetically refurbish your unit to as like new condition as possible, new line cord, new handset cord, designation strips, directory cards, and a one year warranty (except for cordless phones and answering machines, which carry a 90 day warranty.). The information below applies to ALL EQUIPMENT WE REPAIR except cordless telephones and answering machines, which have different pricing & warranty. ___________________________________________ Each phone model (or card, module, power supply, control unit, etc.) has an upfront, flat repair price. To find a repair price, check out the "Repair Price List Table of Contents" to the left and scroll down til you see your brand / system. Prices include parts and labor to repair of any / all functional problems, as well as complete cosmetic refurbishing service and a one year warranty. We cosmetically recondition and repair all equipment to component level. All telephones receive new handset cords, line cords, and designation sheets or labels. Each telephone is completely disassembled, and every button is cleaned and checked for functionality. The plastic is buffed to as like new appearance as possible and individually wrapped in plastic and boxed in a new container. See our Quality Standards for more details and limitations. *No charge if we can't repair your equipment!. Generally, we'll even pay for return shipping on a unit that's deemed UFR (uneconomical for repair). However, we may need to charge you for return shipping if you're outside the lower 48 dtates, or if your equipment is heavy or has obviously been deemed UFR by a previous company. ___________________________________________* Missing accessories: Accessories that are missing or are uneconomical for repair (e.g., lenses, face plates, base mounts, handsets) are automatically replaced when available at a nominal surcharge. Because of our flat rate pricing, we do not return defective parts or describe what labor was performed. ___________________________________________ Special requests: Repair only - If you want your phone "repaired only" (no refurbishing), there is a 20% discount but this service comes with only a 30 day warranty. Please note that "repair only" discount is available on TELEPHONES ONLY and excludes all Comdial telephones and phones that don't run off key service units. Refurbish only - If you want your phone "refurbished only", there is a 20% discount but no warranty. We will, however, test your phone. Units determined to be defective will be repaired automatically and charged the normal price; we do not call for approval. Test only - "Test only" service is offered ONLY on extra cards and modules included with control units sent in for regular repair. "Test only" is NOT AVAILABLE on a stand alone basis. Test only fee is 25% of the repair & refurbish price (minimum $15 per unit) and carries no warranty. Units determined to be defective will be repaired automatically and charged the normal price; we do not call for approval.
