Just follow these easy steps:
Step
1
Pack your phones (a used box is OK) and pad them with crumpled newspaper.
Step 2
Include a packing list (handwritten
on a plain piece of paper is fine, or you can print and fill out our
optional Repair
Order Form). Give us your name, address, phone number,
e-mail address, and a list of what you're sending
so we can notify you of any discrepancies. Also, if possible, please
include a description of the problem, and whether it's intermittent or
delayed. We put everything we repair through a
complete diagnosis before and after repair, but it helps the tech to know
if there's something in particular he or she should focus on.

has suffered a lightning strike, power surge or liquid damage, it's possible that
surcharges may apply due to above average parts / labor required.
However, we will not proceed without getting your approval, and
there is no charge if you decide to not have us repair your unit. |

FOR YOUR
PROTECTION
We use FedEx Ground (or
whatever speed you want) to return your
equipment. For your protection, we insure your
equipment for three times the repair value. FedEx is responsible for losses and
damage. Acceptance of the shipment by FedEx is acknowledgment that the articles
delivered to them are in good condition and properly packed by us.
When you receive your
equipment, report any discrepancies or damages to us IMMEDIATELY.
We buy insurance for your phone equipment on your behalf. We will be glad to
assist you file a claim with FedEx for equipment damaged in transit, but
ultimately all claims must be worked out between you and
FedEx. If you
are claiming shipping damage, you MUST save the container for FedEx to inspect.
