to keep parts under $25.00 if you send in just a
handset, or under $45.00 if you send in a base station or a base station +
handset combo. As long as parts don't exceed these amounts,
we'll
proceed with your repair without contacting you for approval for parts.
However, if it looks like
parts will exceed these amounts,
we'll contact you for approval
before continuing. At that time you'll have the option of having us
proceed with the repair or having us return your equipment unrepaired. |
