international orders MUST be sent to the billing address on your credit
card.
2. Our shopping cart is configured to accept orders from within the US
only. However, we can accommodate international orders if you do the
following:
a. Enter the quantity
you want and click "Add to Cart" the way you normally would. You'll be
taken to your shopping cart.
b. Click "Check out
now". You'll be taken to a page for you to enter "Order By" and
"Deliver To". Below this you will also see a section called
"Additional Information."
- In the "Order By"
section, enter this for the address:

- In the "Deliver

In "Additional Information", enter the address that you receive
your credit card statements. Your order will be mailed to this
address.
- Click "Continue
Check Out". Enter your credit card info and, for "Enter
address where Cardholder receives credit card bill.",
enter the above US address.
- Submit your
order. Your invoice will show the US addresses, but you'll see your
actual ship-to address in the section "Special Instructions."
