REPAIRS
We repair all the problems your equipment is
exhibiting... not just the one you send it in for. And your
satisfaction is guaranteed with a one year warranty that
covers not only the repair we performed, but any failure that arises for one
year after our service.
(Excludes customer damage, abuse, dirt, liquid
spills, power surges,
etc. One year warranty for electronic
telephones and telephone systems only. All other product carries 90 day
warranty.).
REFURBISHING
We
thoroughly refurbish your equipment to as like new as possible... including
disassembling, cleaning, buffing and
polishing. We take the phone apart and meticulously clean every piece
inside and out, including the tone pad/keypad and the handset, virtually
sanitizing the entire unit. No more grime in the ear/mouth piece of the
handset! No line of dirt along the gap between the top
and bottom housings! Then, we thoroughly buff and polish the entire unit...
even the handset cradles (where the handset rests on the top housing when the
phone is not in use)... resulting in a clean, gleaming, fully reconditioned
telephone. Finally, we package the phone in a new
box, along with new paper and new cords.
NOTE ON DAMAGED/YELLOWED PLASTIC
We try to keep replacement plastic on hand, but due to the fact that we
handle over 2,200 different telephones (combination of models & colors), we
cannot guarantee the availability of replacement plastic or accessories.
Depending on availability, we will replace damaged or yellowed
plastic at an up charge after contacting you with pricing for your
approval.

SURCHARGES
MISSING
ACCESSORIES
Repair prices do not include
replacing missing or damaged-beyond-repair accessories such as handsets, cracked
plastic, base mounts, directory trays, lenses. However, since most of our customers want their equipment returned to
them as complete as possible, we automatically replace missing or UFR (uneconomical for repair)
accessories --- with a nominal surcharge.
If you do not want missing
or UFR accessories replaced, indicate so in BIG PRINT on your packing list.
We do not call for approval to replace missing or UFR accessories.
EXCESSIVE DAMAGE
There are rare instances where an
unusual amount of damage to a unit requires an unusual
amount of labor or electronic parts, such as a power surge, lighting
strike, manufacturer's defect or other physical
damage. In such as case, we will notify you of possible
surcharges for approval before continuing.
CANCELLED REPAIR ORDERS
Minimum $10.00 per item, plus shipping, for
repair orders cancelled after we've received and inducted.
