- IT IS VITAL THAT YOU WRITE "24 HR RUSH" OR "5 DAY RUSH" in BIG letters both on the outside of the box by the shipping label and at the top of this form. That way, as soon as your equipment is delivered, our Receiving department will see it and give it top priority.
- If you want expedited return shipping (i.e., faster than regular ground service), you MUST indicate so in BIG BOLD print on your packing list. This includes rush orders and orders that you send to us with expedited shipping.
