So how does this work?

- How do I ship you my
defective equipment?
You do not need
to get a return authorization number. Just
box and ship / mail your defective
equipment to us at:

Be sure to include a packing list of some
sort. You can use our optional
Repair
Order Form. Or, if it's more convenient, use a plain piece of paper
and give us: your name, address, phone number,
e-mail address, and a list of what you're sending
so we can notify you of any discrepancies.
- Also, if possible, please
tape a note to each item with a description of the problem(s)
it's exhibiting, and whether it's intermittent or
delayed. We put everything we repair through a
complete diagnosis before and after repair, but it helps the tech to know
if there's something in particular he or she should focus on.
- If you're sending us
an answering machine, be sure to include the power supply (a.c. adapter)
and tapes.

- How do I pay?
We'll call you for your
credit card number after your equipment's been repaired and it's ready to ship
back to you. No charge if we can't repair. Don't have a credit
card? Other payment options
available.

- How long do I have to
wait til I get my equipment back?
Standard in-house turnaround depends on the type of equipment.
For most items we also offer 5 day rush service and 24 hour rush
service.

- How much is return
shipping going to cost me?
The information below
applies to shipments to the lower 48 states.

Unless you request otherwise, we ship FedEx ground, and we charge you
standard FedEx ground charges,
plus a nominal fee for insurance above $100.00 declared value, and a $2.25 handling
fee per order (not per item!). Return shipping charges are added to
your final bill and appear on your invoice.
