So how does this work?

- How do I ship you my
defective equipment?
Just box and ship / mail it to us. No
forms to fill out, no need to call for an authorization number. You can
use a used box and crumpled
newspaper for padding.
Be sure to include a packing list (handwritten is fine) with
your name, address, phone number and a list of what you're sending
us (so we can notify you of any discrepancies).
Also, if possible, please tag each item with a note
describing the problem it's exhibiting,
and whether it's intermittent or delayed. If you
can't remember or no one told you, no prob.

- How do I pay?
We'll call you for your
credit card number after your equipment's been repaired and it's ready to ship
back to you. No charge if we can't repair. Don't have a credit
card? Other payment options
available.

- How long do I have to
wait til I get my equipment back?
Our normal in-house turnaround for most items is 2-3 weeks, but some
items have a shorter turnaround, others have longer.

service.

- How much is return
shipping going to cost me?
Unless you request otherwise, we ship UPS ground, and we charge you only what UPS charges us,
plus a nominal fee for insurance (for your protection,
for items exceeding $100 in replacement value) and a $2.25 handling
fee per order (not per item!). Return shipping charges are added to
your final bill and appear on your invoice.
