Afraid of being saddled with inflated
return shipping charges?
For return shipping within the United States, we charge standard FedEx
Ground charges (or whatever speed you want)
plus a nominal fee for insurance (for your protection,
for items exceeding $100 in replacement value) and a $2.25 handling
fee per order (not per item!). Return shipping charges are added to
your final bill and appear on your invoice.
Rule of thumb: Total return shipping
for a single phone to anywhere in the 48 states runs about $10.00, and goes
up by less than $1.00 for each additional phone. Heavier, non-phone items
(such as KSUs and power supplies) will be higher.
Please note that for
certain products and for return shipping to
U.S. territories and to Canada, we use U.S. Mail.
