Just follow these easy steps:
Step
1
Pack your phones (a used box is OK) and pad them with crumpled newspaper.
Note
that we do not return your original packaging, so please don't include the
manufacturer's original container if it is important to you.
Step 2
Include a packing list (handwritten
on a plain piece of paper is fine, or you can print and fill out our
optional Repair
Order Form). Give us your name, address, phone number,
e-mail address, and a list of what you're sending
so we can notify you of any discrepancies. Also, if possible, please
include a description of the problem, and whether it's intermittent or
delayed. We put everything we repair through a
complete diagnosis before and after repair, but it helps the tech to know
if there's something in particular he or she should focus on.

the United States and to
Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Service to the rest of the world is limited
to countries where freight insurance is available; please inquire
before shipping us your equipment for repair or ordering. |

If you want to
send us an item that is not listed in our pricelist or that
you have not received a repair quote for, please
email us for special
instructions before shipping. |

charge the full repair price
even if we can't find a problem.
Here's why. |

> If your equipment
has suffered a lightning strike, power surge or liquid damage, it's possible that
surcharges may apply due to above average parts / labor required.
However, we will not proceed without getting your approval, and
there is no charge if you decide to not have us repair your unit. |

For your protection, we insure your
equipment for three times the base repair
price, plus the value of billable parts and surcharges.
Unrepaired items carry no insurance except the minimum $100.00
per shipment if shipped via FedEx. In the unlikely event your
equipment is lost or damaged, our liability will be confined to the
settlement amount we receive from the carrier. By
sending us your equipment for repair, you agree that this is our maximum
liability. |
