Our standard
in-house turnaround times --- including weekends --- are listed below, and may
vary depending on demand.(It
physically doesn't take this long to repair
a telephone... but we do everything in-house and we have
many people standing in line.)
On most items we
also 5 day and 24 hour rush service.
If
you want rush service, you MUST
write "5 DAY RUSH" or "24 HOUR RUSH" in BIG
BOLD letters on the outside of the box by the shipping label and also on your packing list.
(Your
packing list doesn't have to be fancy; handwritten is OK, and just tell us your
name, address, phone number, and a description of the problem).
Please note that up charges are per item, not per order.
If you want expedited return
shipping, you MUST indicate so in BIG BOLD print on your packing list.
This includes rush orders and
orders that you send to us with expedited shipping.

the shipping label AND on your packing list (handwritten is
OK). Also, please note that we make every effort to meet the
rush deadline, and we meet it 95% of the time, but we do not guarantee it.
The rush fee puts your phone
at the head of the production schedule
immediately upon receipt; you will be charged regardless of whether your
unit is repaired within the time specified.
There are many possible factors that can cause us to miss the deadline,
such as: lack of parts, your phone's problem is extremely intermittent or
delayed (slowing down troubleshooting and quality assurance testing), or your phone arrives after 10:00 a.m. for a 24 hour rush.
However, if we miss the deadline because of our error, we'll waive the
rush charge.
