RETURN SHIPPING:
Unless you request otherwise, we will return your equipment by FedEx ground (or
Priority Mail if you are outside the U.S.).
If you want expedited return
shipping, you MUST indicate so in BIG BOLD print
on your packing list.
Otherwise we will ship your equipment back via FedEx ground (or
Priority Mail if you are outside the U.S.). This
applies as well to rush orders and orders that you send to us with expedited
shipping.
RUSH REPAIRS:
If you want
rush repair service, you MUST
write "5 DAY RUSH" or "24 HOUR RUSH"
in BIG BOLD letters on the outside of the box by the shipping label and
also indicate so on your
Repair Order Form or packing
list. Also please note:

"Day" is defined
as business day. Please note that we are closed on all major holidays, as well
as the day after Thanksgiving. If a holiday falls on a weekend, we are closed on
the nearest weekday. For Christmas and New Year's, it's possible that we will be
shut down more days. Contact us in advance if you have questions.

Up charges are
per item, not per order.

We strongly
suggest that you track your shipment to us and call us to confirm receipt and
make sure we are aware it is a rush repair. Because of the volume of incoming
orders, we do not always open boxes the day they are received. If you failed to
note "RUSH" on the outside of the box, or if you did not make it sufficiently
noticeable, or if it was cover up by a label, we may not even be aware we have
received a rush order.

We do not
guarantee that we will meet the rush deadline.
We'll make every effort to meet it, and we meet it 95% of the time, but we do
not guarantee it. The rush fee puts your equipment
at the head of the production schedule
immediately upon receipt; you will be charged regardless of whether your unit is
repaired within the time specified. There are many
possible factors that can cause us to miss the deadline, such as: lack of parts,
your phone's problem is extremely intermittent or delayed (slowing down
troubleshooting and quality assurance testing), or your phone arrives after
10:00 a.m. for a 24 hour rush. However, if we miss the deadline because of our
error, we'll waive the rush charge.
