WARRANTY
Barclay Enterprises, Inc. warrants its
equipment and repair work as follows:

ONE YEAR
WARRANTY on sales and repair & refurbish service on corded
telephones &
telephone systems ---
including boards,
cards, control units, KSUs, modules, power supplies, speaker units, consoles,
DSSs, and BLFs. Note: Excludes Amplicenter / PagePac equipment, which carries a 90
day warranty. Other variations may apply to certain items for sale (e.g.,
equipment over 15 years old), but we will tell you before your purchase and
you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
With respect
to repairs, the one year warranty applies to our complete "repair &
refurbish" service and covers all functional defects
for a year, not just the original repair (except when voided; see exclusions
below). No warranty for "test only" service. Limitations may apply to special discounted repair work
as pre-negotiated.

90 DAY
WARRANTY on cordless telephones and answering machines
(with extended warranties on certain Panasonic keypads as noted below).
For repairs, our warranty covers all functional defects
during the warranty period, not just the original repair (except when
voided; see exclusions below).
Please note the extended keypad warranties
listed below. For repairs,
warranty applies to all buttons, not just the ones that were originally
acting up. There are no limitations or exclusions. Does not apply to keypads
sold separately.

LIFETIME
WARRANTY on the keypad (Perma-PadTM)
for the Panasonic KX-TGA400B and KX-TGA200B cordless handsets we sell or repair.
"Lifetime" is defined as "for as long as you own your handset."

2 YEAR
WARRANTY on the keypad for the Panasonic KX-TGA420B cordless telephones we
sell or repair.

1 YEAR
WARRANTY on the keypad for the Panasonic KX-TG2000 and KX-TG4000 base
stations we sell or repair.
If your unit requires service on the previous
repair during the warranty period, we will gladly repair the original problem at
no charge. We will make all necessary adjustments,
repairs or replacements to the equipment or any part thereof within the warranty
period at no charge to you for parts or labor.
This warranty is in lieu of all other
warranties, written or oral, expressed or implied, including any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular product. This warranty
is provided by Barclay exclusively to its
direct customers; it is not transferable to any other
party. By having us repair your equipment or buying equipment from us, you agree
to the terms of this warranty. Your exclusive
remedy for any breach of this warranty is for us --- at our
option --- to
repair or replace any equipment or
component parts at our expense, or
to refund the original purchase or repair price.
VOIDED WARRANTY:
Except for certain Panasonic
keypads as noted above, this warranty shall be
void if the equipment or component is damaged or rendered unusable by reasons including, but not
limited to, misuse, abuse, excessive use or dirt, improper installation or
operation, power surge or failure, or any other peril, natural or manmade.
Further, this warranty shall be null and void if the warranty sticker has been
removed, punctured or otherwise tampered with in any way, or if subsequent
repairs or alterations have not been performed by Barclay Enterprises, Inc.
Warranty is suspended if customer is in arrears for outstanding invoices, fees,
penalties, or collection costs.
Neither Barclay Enterprises, Inc. nor its
affiliates, owners or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental or consequential damages or costs, including the loss of profits or
sales, sustained or incurred in connection with its products or services.
Barclay Enterprises, Inc. will pay for shipping your under warranty unit back to
you by UPS ground or US Mail, whichever is cheaper, provided
you are in the lower 48 states. Otherwise you must pay
for return shipping. Any costs for inbound shipping or upgraded return
shipping to you must be borne by you.
SHIPPING DAMAGE &
DISCREPANCIES
- Report
damage to the delivery person and notify us IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.
Also, save all packaging for inspection by the carrier's agent. Failure to do so may jeopardize your claim. We
do not entertain damage claims after 3 business days of receipt. If there
is a dispute between us and the carrier (e.g., whether damage is due to
improper packing),
you agree that our position will prevail. If
you believe the the carrier is uncooperative or unresponsive, we will
attempt to assist, but you agree to not hold us
responsible.
- Discrepancies
(wrong item, missing items, incomplete product) must be reported to us
within 3 business days of receipt. We do not entertain discrepancy claims
after 3 business days of receipt. We'll investigate the discrepancy with
due diligence, and we'll make things right if we determine are at fault.
However, if there is a dispute between you and us, you agree that our
position will prevail.
- By sending us your
equipment for repair or evaluation, or by purchasing equipment from us, you agree the the above terms, limits
and maximum liabilities.
