WARRANTIES IN PLAIN ENGLISH

We back our sales and repairs with the following warranties:

  • ONE YEAR WARRANTY on sales and repair & refurbish service on consumer & business telephones (corded) and telephone systems --- including boards, cards, control units, KSUs, modules, power supplies, speaker units, consoles, DSSs, and BLFs. For repairs, our warranty covers all functional defects for a year, not just the original repair. For details and limitations, consult our full warranty policy.
     

  • 90 DAY WARRANTY on cordless telephones and answering machines (with extended warranties on certain Panasonic keypads as noted below). For cordless repairs, our warranty covers all functional defects during the warranty period, not just the original repair. For details and limitations, consult our full warranty policy.

    Please note the following extended keypad warranties. For repairs, warranty applies to all buttons, not just the ones that were originally acting up. There are no limitations or exclusions. Does not apply to keypads sold separately.

    • LIFETIME WARRANTY on the keypad (Perma-PadTM) for Panasonic KX-TGA400B and KX-TGA200B cordless handset sales and repairs. "Lifetime" is defined as "for as long as you own your handset."
       

    • 2 YEAR WARRANTY on the keypad for all Panasonic KX-TGA420B cordless telephones we sell or repair.
       

    • 1 YEAR WARRANTY on the keypad for all Panasonic KX-TG2000 and KX-TG4000 base stations we sell or repair.


HELPFUL TIPS ON SENDING US A WARRANTY RETURN

  • If the unit is misbehaving as soon as you receive it, or if you're NOT entirely sure it's defective, email our technical department and ask them what they think. It could be a programming problem or user error. (Happens more than people care to admit!) This extra step might save you some hassle and expense.
     

  • If you're sure the item is defective and it's under warranty, just send it to us. You DON'T need to call to get a return authorization # (the warranty sticker will have the vital information we need). However, please be sure to:

    • Write "WARRANTY" in really BIG letters on the outside of the box and also on your packing list. This will insure that your return will be inducted promptly upon receipt by our Receiving department.
       

    • Include a detailed description of the problem(s), including whether it is delayed or intermittent.
